How we collect, use and protect the details of buyers, tenants, sellers, landlords and visitors to this site.

Who we are
Residenza is an estate and letting agency with offices in Islington, Notting Hill and Clapham. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@example.com.
Buyers and tenants
When you register with us, ask for a viewing or apply for a tenancy, we collect the details you give us: your name and contact details, what you are looking for, your buying or renting position, and notes from our conversations.
We use these details to arrange viewings, send you homes that match your search and pass offers or applications to the owner.
For tenancies we carry out referencing and right to rent checks, through a referencing partner, with your agreement.
We keep your details for two years from our last contact, then delete them unless you ask us to keep them.
Sellers and landlords
When you ask for a valuation or instruct us, we keep your contact details, details of your home, and the records we are required to hold under anti-money laundering rules. We keep these for at least five years after the end of our relationship, as the law requires.
This website
This site does not use advertising cookies. Saved homes are stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Maps are embedded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when a map is shown. Forms send what you type to us only when you press submit.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time. Email privacy@example.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
