About Chloe
Chloe leads lettings and property management across all three offices, looking after around four hundred managed homes and the landlords behind them. Before Residenza, Chloe ran a block management team in Paris and then a lettings office in Chelsea.
The team handles everything from the first viewing to the final inspection: referencing, deposits, compliance certificates and the late-night calls. The average time from launch to an agreed let is nine days.
Weekends usually mean the Hampstead lido, whatever the weather.
